These terms govern use of the Crooked River Ranch RV Park website. Using the website means you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, availability, or other users.
Availability and reservations
The website may display availability received from park systems, but availability can change. Selecting a site or following a reservation link does not itself create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after the reservation service accepts the required information and payment and sends confirmation.
Firefly Reservations handles the reservation and payment flow. Your booking confirmation, quoted charges, and the terms presented during checkout apply to that reservation. Contact the park promptly if website information and the confirmation appear inconsistent.
Rates and information
Rates, amenity schedules, availability, local business details, maps, trail conditions, and other information can change. The park aims to keep the website useful and accurate but does not guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error-free. Confirm time-sensitive details with the responsible park office, business, agency, golf-course pro shop, or reservation provider.
Forms and applications
Submitting a contact or monthly-stay form starts a review or response process; it does not guarantee approval, hold a site, or form a rental agreement. Do not submit unlawful, false, misleading, or payment-card information through a general website form.
Park stays and conduct
Guests must follow the current reservation terms, park policies, posted notices, staff instructions, and applicable law. The public park-policies page includes check-in and checkout, quiet hours, fire safety, pets, vehicles, cancellations, and management authority.
Outside services and links
The website links to or embeds outside services including reservation, map, directions, golf, and local-business resources. The park does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms. Use them according to the provider’s policies.
Acceptable website use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Do not disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, or evade security controls.
- Do not scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content without permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, website text, photographs, graphics, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Crooked River Ranch RV Park. Personal, non-commercial viewing is allowed. Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the rights holder.
Public photographs and reviews loaded from Google Maps remain Google Maps Platform content and are attributed and linked to their respective contributors. Their availability and permitted use are also governed by Google’s terms and policies.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. The park does not promise uninterrupted access or that all content is free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the park is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes, governing law, and contact
These terms may be updated as the website and services change. Oregon law governs these terms without overriding consumer protections that apply to you, and disputes are handled by a court with proper jurisdiction.
