Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association, doing business as Crooked River Ranch RV Park, uses information to operate this website, respond to guests, review applications, manage reservations, maintain park content, and improve the guest experience.
Information you provide
When you call, submit a website form, apply for a monthly stay, or make a reservation, information may include your name, contact details, stay dates, RV and vehicle details, occupants, pets, emergency contact, application history, messages, and other information you choose to provide.
Monthly applications may include information used for identity, eligibility, and background-review steps. Do not submit payment-card information through a general website form.
Reservations and availability
Firefly Reservations handles the guest reservation and payment flow. Rimrock provides availability information displayed by this website. Information submitted to those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy practices. A reservation is confirmed only through the reservation system and confirmation process.
Website and analytics information
The website and its service providers may process IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referral information, interaction events, approximate location, timestamps, and diagnostic data. The site currently uses services that can include Netlify hosting and forms, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps and Places, and Google Fonts. These services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or comparable technologies according to their own configurations and policies.
Operational services
Supabase supports website data, authentication, and media storage. Zoho supports park calendar and media workflows. Google supports maps, place details, directions, and fonts. Netlify supports hosting, deployments, security, and form processing. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
The guest-review section requests current public review content from Google Places when it approaches view. Those responses can include review text, ratings, dates, author names, public profile links, profile images, source links, and reporting links. The website does not save or substitute that content; each displayed review remains linked and attributed to Google Maps and its author.
