Pet Owner Declaration

I declare that my pet(s) are not aggressive and do not have a history of biting, attacking, or threatening people or other animals. I understand and accept that:

• I am solely responsible for my pet(s) and any behavioral issues that may occur during my stay, including but not limited to attacks on other animals or people, running off-leash outside designated areas, excessive barking, or property damage.
• I will be liable for any damages, injuries, or costs caused by my pet(s) to other guests, their pets, park property, or staff.
• If my pet becomes a nuisance — including excessive barking, aggressive behavior, running loose, or any other disturbance — management reserves the right to require my immediate departure from the park.
• Pets must be leashed at all times outside the designated off-leash dog area.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I consent to a background check being conducted as part of this application.
• I understand that monthly stays run from November 1 through April 30 each year, and I am required to vacate my site by April 30.
• I have read and accept the Park Rules & Policies and agree to abide by them during my stay.
• I will provide proof of RV insurance before check-in.
• I understand that RVs must be no more than 10 years old unless approved by management after an in-person inspection.
• All information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
