🏘 Stroll downtown Sisters

Sisters is a small Western-themed town on the way into the Cascades — false-front buildings, art galleries, the famous Sisters Quilt Show in July, Sisters Folk Festival in September, and a half-dozen good restaurants. Walkable and pleasant.

Good to know

• Free street parking; can fill on event weekends.
• Best stops: Sisters Bakery, Hop & Brew, Stitchin' Post (quilt store).
• Allow 2-3 hours for casual exploring.
